Is Revolutionary Traffic.com A Bust?

It's been over 24 hours already since my last email inquiry to the admin of Revolutionary Traffic.com and still no reply.  Today I fired up another email asking them about their Partnership Program where you were supposed to get half a cent everytime your referral url is viewed by other people.

I assume you have to use the referral url found in the member's are of the main site and NOT the Partnership site or the affiliate site.  Yes, you have to sign up to two separate program and both program have a referral url but on the Partnership site, it clearly state that you Can Not promote the referral url found in the member's are of the Partnership site.

Oh well, I guess paying members like me have to sort of guess which url to promote and hope for the best instead of the admin telling you exactly what to do.

Since signing up, there have been no updates from the admin or anyone for that matter.

I have pulled all of my Revolutionary Traffic campaign until I hear a reply.
