Are Twitter Software/Scripts A Total Waste Of Time?

Ever since I checked out this Twitter script or software or what the heck you want to call it, I've only been able to get 44 followers not the 15,625 that says you will get with just one tweet.

What script am I talking about?

You should really be asking am I building my own followers or Gary McCaffrey's. Believe it or not each time you promote your link, you are also helping building Gary's own opt-in list because the page has a pop up with an optin-in form.

Imagine when you have hundreds of affiliates promoting his script, his twitter name will always be included on every page unless someone unchecked it from the list and those people are building his list at the same time.

Very clever marketing tactic don't you think?
