If you are a regular contributor to an article database site, like http://www.ezinearticles.com/ you know that your published article will give you a tremendous leverage in attracting targeted traffic to your blogs or website but did you know that you can get more traffic from that site by using this simple technique?
What technique is that?
Have you noticed that when you search for certain topic in their database, each article have a comment link? hmmm....
This is what I'm talking about.
Go to Google.com and search for 'targeted website traffic' and you will notice that one of the search results is an article from Ezinearticles.com
You're probably asking yourself, ' Ok, So what's your point' ?
Well if you really want to know, you simply click that link ( it's been read over 8,000 times) then find the link to the comment page and add your comments. When you do add your comment, it has to be approved by the admin and if it's a good comment, they will post it. You can add a link to your website whenever you add a comment.
So how do you get targeted traffic from that you ask?
When people go to Google.com and search for certain article like ' targeted website traffic' they will click that link that pertains to their interests and read it and they will be curious to read what others have to say about that particular article.
Ezinearticles.com is one of several article database sites that allows you to add comments to an article and it's your job to keep searching Google.com and other search engines to find those sites that allows you to add comments that shows up on Google search results.
This technique is not limited to just Ezinearticles.com
Let's say you want some info on ' how to train new puppy' on Google and you found a video on Youtube.com how to train a new puppy. Now, if your website have anything to do with puppy or dogs, you want to comment on that video. Your profile on Youtube.com should have a link back to your website.
So, when you comment on the video, you need to backup the lesson or the tip you learned on the video by say like.....' I can't believe that technique actually worked on my labrador retriever puppy. Now I'm teaching my puppy how to fetch newspaper'. When people read that comment, believe me, they want to know how to train their puppy how to fetch newspaper too and that's how they will click on your name which takes them to your profile and eventually your website.
Getting targeted traffic to your blogs or websites will always be a work in progress but once you get the swing of it, it will become a routine.
Take care.
