3 Ways To Earn Commissions From Traffic Exchange Programs

During it's inception waaay back in 2001 traffic exchange programs sole purpose was to provide a service which is to deliver traffic to your websites but over the last 6 years things hasn't change much except now some traffic exchange programs decided to offer a little incentive to its members by paying members some commisssions.

Today there are 3 ways you can earn commissions from traffic exchange programs.

1. Upgrades

When you first sign up for one of these programs, you start as a free member which comes with limited benefits such as 3:1 surfing ratio or you can only earn 10 % commissions but if you upgrade your account to paid membership, you can have higher surfing ratio (earn more credits while surfing) of 1:1 and it gives you higher commissions upto 75%.

2. Purchased Credits

From time to time an owner would send out a notice to its entire members to inform them that they are having a 2 for 1 credit sale. So if you buy a package of 5000 credits, you would get 10,000 credits sometimes when the owner feel really generous it would triple the offer. There are different reasons why owners do this and one I can think of is when the network doesn't have enough sites in rotations. The other obvious reason is of course when the owner needs to raise some cash.

3. One Time Offer

There are one time offer and then there some one time offer. Normally you will be see a one time offer or OTO when you first log on to your free account and entice to buy a sweet offer buy giving you discounts on a monthly membership or yearly membership.

The funny thing about these one time offer is that some traffic exchange will give you two chances to bite on these offer, so even if you say no to the first one, you can expect a second page to pop up before you can even look around in the members area.

I really don't know how they can call it a one time offer when the same offers pops up every time you log on to your account, I just don't get that and it can get so annoying at times too. Even if you cancell your account and sign up again in a few days, you will see the same one time offer all over again.

Regardless how they package their one time offer, the fact is these tactic works and depending how big your downline is, if it's a good program with a great owner, people will buy it and if those buying customers are in your team or downline, you will continue earning residual commissions every month.
